When will my order ship?
Orders are packaged and shipped within 2 – 5 business days, and often sooner. Each piece is carefully assembled, inspected, and beautifully wrapped before leaving our studio. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Please note that shipping times vary by location and carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 days once mailed.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes! At checkout you can select an upgraded USPS shipping option for faster delivery. If you need your order by a specific date, send us an email before purchasing — we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
What materials do you use? Will my jewelry tarnish or turn my skin green?
Our pieces are crafted with high-quality 14k gold-filled and .925 sterling silver materials — both nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-resistant. Gold-filled jewelry contains a thick layer of real gold that lasts for years with proper care. Sterling silver may naturally patina over time, but it can easily be polished back to its original shine.
Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Absolutely. Tinsel pieces are designed for daily wear — minimal, durable, and timeless. To keep them looking their best, we recommend removing jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes.
Do you take custom or personalized orders?
While we don’t offer fully custom designs, we’re happy to make small adjustments — such as chain length, clasp type, or finish variations — when possible. Just reach out before ordering and we’ll confirm availability.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted for unworn items in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected (usually within 1 – 3 business days).

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
All Tinsel orders include tracking. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office first — they can often help recover it quickly. For damaged items, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Can I exchange an item?
If you’d like a different size or length, please email us within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges are accepted for unworn items; buyer is responsible for return shipping and reship costs unless an error was made on our end.
